Here are 5 ways to use Quail eggs in palace of Chicken eggs

  • Hard-boiled - you can use them just like you would use hard-boiled chicken eggs - Hard-boiled boiled are a great option to add to your lunch salad also they are great for kid’s snacks - a small quail egg, piece of cheese, and fruit. It’s a perfect and nice source of protein. However, when boiling you want to stir the whole time lightly, and then when it gets to a boil boil for 3 minutes. Then drain and cool - to peel, place in a mason jar covered with white vinegar - and wait a few hours - first you will see the brown spots start to remove then it will dissolve the calcium from the eggs so you are just left with the membrane to peel.

  • Pickled - there are a lot of recipes out there you can use - or if you have a grandma that she used for the chicken eggs you can use that one too - these are great for snacking or even as an addition to your chaturtery board.

  • Fried over easy is best - since they have a small white content these do beautifully over easy - easier to do than with chicken eggs in my opinion. Then you can eat these as just eggs with your breakfast - as a topping to your avocado toast or top a burger.

  • Scotched eggs - I will link a recipe here https://lovefoodies.com/scotch-eggs/  - I have not tried these yet but they are on my list.

  • For your furry friends - these are amazing sources of vitamins for them - they keep their coats shiny and healthy -  you can give them to them cooked or add them raw to their food

And the list goes on and on - these little blessings are so versatile and taste amazing.

I encourage you to add them to your cooking experience.
